Just dip your wet toothbrush in the jar and scoop out an amount the size of a pea and brush as usual. There is no need to rinse your mouth afterward, as all ingredients are great for tooth, gum and mouth health. Additionally, it is not a problem if you swallow it, but it is best to spit it out.

Hannah Serra I have been using a "sensitive teeth" commercial toothpaste for several years and was a bit anxious about using a natural, homemade product as toothpaste. I love this product. My teeth feel clean and they are not painful. No bad breath. The oils did separate out a bit when I started using it, so I had to mix it really well. But otherwise it has been a great product.

Evgenia Sweeney My teeth feel clean after using this toothpaste and they stay this way all day long. I also like that it’s natural and doesn’t make me feel sick like after artificial toothpaste. It’s a little bit too oily, but it doesn’t bother me. Very good product, i enjoy it a lot.

Moe Keane-Bottino I was intrigued, and really dislike the waste of plastic toothpaste tubes for the environment. This paste works well, has no artificial sugar or salt taste like conventional toothpastes, and I am delighted in the glass container for the environment. I do wish though, that it came with a little blade for application on toothbrush. Thanks!
