Debby Halpern I highly recommend the Relax and Sleep products. I, like most post menopausal women I know, can't remember the last time I enjoyed an uninterrupted night's sleep! Although it has become a "Way of Life", the hardest part is waking up between 1:00- 3:00AM and NOT BEING ABLE TO FALL BACK TO SLEEP! No matter how much Pranayama breathing, counting backwards from 100, meditation or threatening my churning Monkey Mind I'm going to kill it if it doesn't SHUT UP, more often than not, I DO NOT FALL BACK TO SLEEP!
