Betty N I use two of the inhalers on a fairly consistent basis. Newest in my collection is the one for allergy relief. I tend to have a "drippy" nose most mornings and when I use this inhaler, it stops that problem almost immediately. When I feel stressed, I use the one for anxiety. It definitely helps me feel relaxed. I recently gave the headache relief inhaler to a friend, as a gift, and she has told me that she gets relief for her pain and loves the fact that this is a natural way to do it.
